The annual Indian Princess & Guides Christmas Party will be held Saturday, December 2nd at the Rocky River Civic Hall. It is a FREE event. No registration required but you must be a current member of our nation.

This year we are combining the Princesses and Guides Parties into one and it will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Please ONLY Guides and their fathers and ONLY Princesses and their fathers at the party.

A professional magician will entertain the kids and dads alike, and Santa will make a visit to ask each Guide and Princess what they would like for Christmas and hand out the gift exchange presents. Many Princesses like to get dressed up for this event.

For the gift exchange, make sure to bring a wrapped gift ($10-$15) that is age appropriate for your child. Mark your child's age and gender on the wrapping paper. All the gifts will be randomly given to other children of the same age and gender.

Snacks (pizza and drinks) will be provided by the Nation. Please bring the following items to share.

Last name A-F = Chips or appetizers
Last name G-R = Fruits and vegetables
Last name S-Z = Desserts

Reservations must be made by calling 877-525-2427, and you must ask for the Westshore Adventure Guides and Princesses room rate. Cancellation policy: full refund minus $25 if cancelled before 72 hours prior to arrival, less than 72 hours prior to arrival forfeits entire deposit, but payment can be applied to later dates.

NOTE – THIS RATE and our number of rooms are only guaranteed if booked by Thursday, November 16th.  We think you will still be able to get the rate after that date but not guaranteed. If you call and they say they are sold out of this rate, contact Geoff Levenberg immediately at gelevenberg@plantrex.com or 440-591-9136.

CAN'T SPEND THE NIGHT but want to come up on Saturday for the day - Contact Geoff to arrange for purchasing individual passes at $25 each. * If you are in the need of a 5th wristband, book your room for FOUR and then contact Geoff.
